Add to shopping cart
Choose the amount of items you wish to order and click on ‘Add to cart’. The item will be added to your shopping cart.

Your shopping cart
You can remove an item or choose to change the amount of items you wish to order. Click on ‘Step 1: Your details’ to continue with your order.

Create account
Before buying from our online shop, you need an account. In this step you create an account which will be used for communications about your order.

In this step you fill in your invoice details. Please note: all fields (except the field ‘Telephone’) are required in order to complete your transaction successfully.

Your details (2)
After filling in your invoice details, you must fill in your shipping details. You may choose to use the same details as for the invoice. Shipping costs are calculated automatically but must be confirmed manually.

Your details (3)
After clicking ‘Click to calculate shipping’ you will see your payment details. After choosing a payment method, you can go to ‘Step 2: Verify your order’.

Check your details
This is where you can check if your details are correct. If you see any information that’s incorrect, choose ‘Previous step’ to correct those details.

Transfer to secure payment page
You are automatically transferred to the secure payment page.
Payment
On this page you can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD. Simply fill in your card details and click on ‘Yes, I confirm payment’. Depending on the financial institution which has issued your card, you may be forwarded to the website of your bank..

Processing
Your order will be processed. This is where you will be able to track your order.
Track your orders
After you have placed your order, you will be able to track it using your account. The order status will automatically be set to ‘Order confirmed’. As soon as we receive your payment, the status of your order will change to ‘Payment received – Order completed’, and you will receive your order within a week by post. Minestrone is not responsible for lost and/or damaged orders.
