KitchenAid – The Cookbook is now available in the shops, giving new and existing fans of the legendary Artisan Mixer the opportunity to really get to know their favourite machine and its attachments. Special attention is paid to the KitchenAid Blender, as well. The cookbook contains 130 international classics which have been updated with a contemporary twist.
There are basic recipes, pasta dishes, soups, cakes, breads and desserts, as well as fish, meat and vegetarian recipes. Furthermore, new techniques and ingredients have been incorporated into the recipes, eg Tropical fruit tempura with matcha dipping sauce, Foam of hummus and Chocolate mousse with Lapsang Souchong and single malt whisky.
A modern and contemporary look
The recipes, each of which is accompanied by a full-page photograph, have been divided into seven chapters. The first chapter, containing the basics, is illustrated with how-to photographs. Every chapter has been assigned a colour, with the mixer's iconic silhouette appearing throughout the book by means of a silver-coloured clear line.
This connects all the recipes, as it were.
With each recipe comes a series of pictogrammes indicating which attachments are needed to prepare the dish. The pictogrammes are explained in detail on a book marker which in included with the cookbook and can be attached to the reading ribbon.
